We enjoyed our 7 nights stay.

incredible position along with fast staff are the reasons we enjoyed this upscale hotel.

Everything was good, the staff were superfriendly and the location was ideal. The rooms were with the most basic decor. The food was fab, had lots of options. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

Solid place with helpful staff and free wi-fi.

Good solid nice central place, it has best possible location near beaches, Malecon and great restaurants and bars and shopping. There is lots of great food for breakfast. Thanks for a good service, recommend.

Our stay here was great, wonderful base for exploring Puerto Vallarta. The staff was pleasant, the room was huge and reasonably large. We enjoyed the local cuisine in the restaurant.

The bathroom was quite small.

Everything was beautiful, loved our excellent stay. A spectacular beach, lovely view. Big bedroom and well equipped bathroom. Breakfast was nice hot and staff was informative. With smooth check-in and easy check-out, this hotel was just fabulous.

Absolutely fantastic staff, simple check-in and fantastic bar. We had a vegetarian breakfast with fruit, cereals and pastries. Our heated room was really cozy and bed was comfy. Amazing design, SUPERB service in the entire hotel.

The cleanliness and location where immaculate, it overlooked marina. Bed was cozy, and the room itself was tiny.

Fabulous meal and welcoming service. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Downtown Puerto Vallarta district;)))

Great value. Location and rooms at this independent hotel were lovely. Glorious view, a small balcony, perfect bed, too. The building itself was absolutely wonderful with a well-maintained garden.

We had issues with air conditioner, it was a bit noisy.

Excellent location, the staff was amicable, also beds were comfortable. They made my stay fine! I loved the grand king studio I was given, it had an air conditioning, a coffee maker and a dining area. Walking distance to the markets and shops across the street.

Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like L'angolo di Napoli that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Rooms open to a rooftop terrace.

By and large, it was interesting place for sightseeing in Puerto Vallarta, had much fun.

The beds were really large. Hotel's position was close to tourist spots like malecon boardwalk. There were a ceiling fan, TV and a kitchen. We liked everything at suites plaza del rio including staff and location...
